We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure that our partner merchants succeed on the Qarrib platform — from onboarding to daily support, to driving real growth in their order volumes.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new merchants and ensure successful first-week activation
Support merchants via WhatsApp, calls, and field visits when needed
Monitor performance metrics and resolve issues proactively
Train merchants on features, campaigns, and new updates
Coordinate with product, operations, and marketing to solve merchant problems
Build strong relationships that lead to long-term loyalty
You’re a fit if you:
Have 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or field ops
Are fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu or Hindi is a plus)
Are comfortable with both tech tools and ground-level interaction
Can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Are highly organized, reliable, and empathetic in handling merchant needs
