Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure that our partner merchants succeed on the Qarrib platform — from onboarding to daily support, to driving real growth in their order volumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new merchants and ensure successful first-week activation

  • Support merchants via WhatsApp, calls, and field visits when needed

  • Monitor performance metrics and resolve issues proactively

  • Train merchants on features, campaigns, and new updates

  • Coordinate with product, operations, and marketing to solve merchant problems

  • Build strong relationships that lead to long-term loyalty

You’re a fit if you:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or field ops

  • Are fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu or Hindi is a plus)

  • Are comfortable with both tech tools and ground-level interaction

  • Can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Are highly organized, reliable, and empathetic in handling merchant needs
