We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure that our partner merchants succeed on the Qarrib platform — from onboarding to daily support, to driving real growth in their order volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new merchants and ensure successful first-week activation 
- Support merchants via WhatsApp, calls, and field visits when needed 
- Monitor performance metrics and resolve issues proactively 
- Train merchants on features, campaigns, and new updates 
- Coordinate with product, operations, and marketing to solve merchant problems 
- Build strong relationships that lead to long-term loyalty 
You’re a fit if you:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or field ops 
- Are fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu or Hindi is a plus) 
- Are comfortable with both tech tools and ground-level interaction 
- Can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
- Are highly organized, reliable, and empathetic in handling merchant needs
