Qarrib connects baqalas to nearby customers with fast, no-minimum-order delivery across the UAE. As we scale, we’re looking for a Customer Support (Chat) Representative to handle live customer queries and ensure smooth order experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer messages via in-app chat and WhatsApp

  • Resolve order-related issues quickly and professionally

  • Track and escalate problems to the operations team when needed

  • Maintain a friendly, helpful tone while staying efficient

  • Keep records of recurring issues to improve the experience

You’re a fit if you:

  • Are fluent in English (Arabic or Urdu is a plus)

  • Have 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in live chat

  • Type fast and write clearly under pressure

  • Stay calm and solution-oriented, even during busy periods

  • Are available for shift work, including weekends
